Now in its second year of retail operation, Burnside Farms produces fruits, vegetables, berries, eggs, fresh cut flowers and herbs using organic practices. The 16 acre farm is family owned and operated and located on Route 15 in Haymarket along the Journey Through Hallowed Ground. Old Town Manassas Farmers Market. Thursday, April 29 through Thursday, November 4. Serving Manassas and Prince William County for 23 years, you can choose from two locations. Thursday market is from 7am-1pm and is located at the Harris Pavilion, 9201 Center Street. Saturday market is open from 7:30am-2:30pm, and is located in parking lot B beside the Train Depot. The Occoquan Farmers' Market is a producer-only market in the historic riverfront town of Occoquan, Virginia. The market is located at the east end of Mill Street and is held Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm. The 2010 season runs from April 24 through November 6 (no market 6/5/10 and 9/25/10). The market features locally grown and/or produced items, including produce, baked goods, and specialty items. An historic town of the 1700's, Occoquan offers residents and visitors the opportunity to relax and enjoy stress free hours of shopping, dining and strolling its tree lined streets.
