Civil War
One of Prince William’s dairy farms has been converted into one of the top 50 practice ranges in the U.S. Golfers can practice their swings alongside a towering stone barn constructed with stones from a fence built by slaves. Today the barn is registered as a national historic site. Sunnybrook’s 60 hitting stations are open year-round, with 16 heated and covered stations for inclement weather. The grass tees, bentgrass putting green, practice bunkers and nine target holes replicate real course conditions. Professional golf instruction is available for groups and individuals, and the pro shop features custom clubs and repair by Jim’s Golf Shop. Meeting space also available.
