The Manassas Battlefield Park is the scene of two major Civil War battles First and Second Manassas, the first battles of the Civil War over a century ago. The battlefield park is comprised of more than 5,000 acres, allowing the visitor to explore the historic terrain through self-guided/ranger guided walking or driving tours or view the interesting artifacts housed in their many exhibits in the visitors center. The visitors will interactively learn about these two major battles in the Civil War though the Film "Manassas: End of Innocence," Eastern National Bookstore, and the Henry Hill Visitors Center.
The Battlefield screens the new film “Manassas: End of Innocence” depicting the First & Second Battle of Manassas is superb 45-minute movie, narrated by Academy Award-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss.
