Our new chef for this dinner is Laurent Chosset, a French born and trained chef from the burgundy region in France. He has been in the US for 22 years working in local restaurants such as Lightfoot, Ashby Inn, le Chat Noir and high end hotel and resorts. We are excited to partner with him for his first wine dinner here featuring La Grange wines.
