Join My BodYoga for an evening of Kirtan and Healing Songs. We invite you on a journey through call-and-response and group singing to unlock pathways of divine flow, inquiry into the self, alignment with the outer world, and the indigenous wisdom of our ancestors. Whether this is your first time participating in a Kirtan or you have practiced for years, this sacred gathering is for everyone curious about the healing power of intention and voice. Every voice is welcome. We will chant, sing, and explore our connection to the divine as a group, bringing healing, compassion, and peace to the body, mind, and spirit.
