A Woodbridge-based catering company that proudly serves the Washington DC metro area. Executive Chef “Big Dave” Galloway works to show customers that barbecue is more than just food; it’s a way to bring family and friends together. Southern BBQ has several different package options to meet your event needs, and they are willing to create a custom package just for you. With a variety of smoked meats and sides, there’s something for everyone to try. Blue Southern BBQ just opened a new location at Epiq Food Hall for guests to enjoy the same popular dishes without having to have them catered.
District BBQ
Located in Bristow, Virginia, District BBQ is one of America's top-rated championship BBQ restaurant! Their barbecue is inspired by a long lineage of legends like Arthur Bryant’s, Gates, Jack Stack and our former partners at Oklahoma Joe’s. Always dry-rubbed and wood-smoked, their meats, burnt ends, ribs and chicken have just the right amount of bite, with a sweet and savory ending. Armed service members including police, military and firefighters always receive 50% off of their meals and 10% of profits are used to advance economic opportunity for low-income families.

Dixie Bone
Dixie Bones opened in Woodbridge, VA on January 2, 1996. The next day, a record breaking snow storm closed them down. They reopened two days later & have been serving traditional Southern barbeque, sides, desserts, & brewed sweet iced tea ever since. Their dine-in, takeout & catering continue to be the way the DMV does BBQ.

A multi-restaurant concept in Haymarket, VA where the food is prepped, cooked, and delivered all from a single kitchen. Currently the restaurant offers curbside delivery, delivery, and catering. Indoor dining is not currently available.
Hog Shack Bar-B-Q
Hog Shack Bar-B-Q is a family friendly neighborhood restaurant in Manassas, Virginia. We use the best ingredients and provide a great atmosphere. Owner and “Head Hog” Scott Webster and his team are serving up classic and reimagined barbecue classics like burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, and a wide array of sides.

Located in Woodbridge, they like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. They know medium-rare isn’t the only way to cook a steak, but believe it should be. They believe pork should be slow smoked and pulled often. Slow, as in 11 hours over hickory logs every night, and often, as in every day at every restaurant.
The Bone BBQ
The Bone is our fast-casual barbeque concept currently operating in the suburban Washington DC market. High-quality meats are sourced and smoked daily in our hickory log pit, and all sides, sauces, and desserts are made from scratch in-house. Local and regional craft beer is a staple of this concept.

2 Silos Brewing provides an innovative brewery and restaurant experience in Manassas on the Farm Brew LIVE campus at Innovation Park. Enjoy craft beer, the best pizza in Virginia, and incredible live music! Their sizeable campus offers more than just 2 Silos Brewing; the brewery is situated among a fast casual restaurant, Pour House, a full-service restaurant, The Black Sheep, The Yard Stage, and a food truck alley with many delicious options to choose from. The campus also has event space for weddings and private events available to rent in Brentsville Hall.
Brew Republic Bierwerks
Brew Republic Bierwerks, located in Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, is a brewery and brewpub that has created an oasis of unique craft beers, brewed at their headquarters. The facility features a ten-barrel brewing system and a full-service tap room where they serve no fewer than ten styles of beer at a time. Brew Republic also offers classic American dining options to pair perfectly with their beer. This brewery is known for representing its customers well and provides space for private events.
Brightworks Brewing
Located in Manassas, they are committed to brewing small batches of delicious, high-quality beer. Their selection is constantly rotating with the season and based on the preferences of our customers. They want to hear what you think and the style of beer that you love. Their brewery equipment is on full display in the taproom, so come in and talk shop with them! Your preferences will impact the draft list line up before you know it.
At Brightworks, everyone is welcome! The taproom features non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, games and activities for the young and young at heart. Parents and caretakers of children will appreciate the video games and kid-friendly zone in the back room.
Cedar Run Brewery
Cedar Run Brewery is a true farm brewery with a simple mission: make great beer. The brewery works hard to flavor with locally sourced ingredients and provides a friendly and fun environment for customers in Nokesville. They offer a taproom, patio, and farm for customers to enjoy and they allow pets outside. Cedar run allows large groups with reservations and has firepits and private event space available to rent.
Eavesdrop Brewery
Eavesdrop Brewery in Manassas has humble beginnings and a rich history, what used to be a racing pigeon loft now supports a love for making beer and provides a way to connect with the Yorkshire community. The brewery offers a spacious outdoor setting equipped with beautiful landscaping in the warmer seasons, firepits and cozy outdoor seating, and seating within the taproom in cooler seasons. Eavesdrop Brewery Craft Beers are a unique mix of local ingredients, fresh flavors, and new twists on classic beers.
The Farm Brewery at Broad Run
The Farm Brewery at Broad Run is located in Haymarket and contains 6 acres of landscaped beer gardens and Brewbarn. Great Mane Brewing
Great Mane Brewery in Haymarket works to create and release excellent, well-balanced beer in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Heritage Brewing
Heritage Brewing, a veteran owned brewery in Manassas, works to not only brew the best beer possible, but also; live for one another, serve our fellow countrymen, craft with pride, and give back to those in need. Sinistral Brewing Company in Historic Manassas provides visitors with a gathering spot to catch up with family and friends while enjoying a selection of signature beers, rotating seasonal specialties, and experimental beers using locally sourced ingredients. Tin Cannon Brewing Company
Tin Cannon Brewing Company is continually experimenting with new ideas to complement and contrast different flavors in beer. Fine raw ingredients are used to artfully create, craft, keg, and serve onsite in this Gainesville brewery and taproom. Food trucks, trivia, a dog-friendly patio, and other entertainment promote a fun atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Water's End Brewery
Waters End Brewery provides a fresh craft beer experience in their Potomac Mills Tap Room with plenty of creative flavors and seasonal beers to try. Waters End aims to bring people closer together and schedules events throughout the week for friends and families to enjoy. Weather permitting, outdoor seating is available on the patio. Small snacks are available for purchase and food from outside vendors is permitted to be brought in.
