Santa Sing-A-Long

Seán Heely’s Celtic Christmas

  • Drop your letter to Santa in our special North Pole mailboxes at Town Hall (314 Mill Street) or Tiny Supply Co. (125 Mill Street) from November 23 to December 15. Free coloring and fill-in Santa letters with envelopes will be available to kids of all ages at Tiny Supply Co. If you include a return address, Santa will send a personalized letter back.

  • Join the Education Staff at the National Museum of the Marine Corps as they welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus for two visits this holiday season! During this event, families can take free pictures with Santa and complete holiday-themed activities, such as DIY ornaments and letters to give to Santa himself. For this first session on Saturday, December 14th, Santa will be wearing his RED suit. Santa will be wearing his CAMO suit for the second session on Tuesday, December 17th. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the end of the event to guarantee a photo opportunity. Anyone arriving after that is NOT guaranteed a picture.

  • Santa Lights Manassas, also known as the Tree Lighting, has been a cherished tradition in the Manassas community for over 30 years! This festive event takes place on the Friday before the Christmas Parade, starting at 5:15 p.m. This year, mark your calendars for Friday, December 6. The evening kicks off with delightful holiday musical performances, culminating in Santa's arrival in Manassas shortly after 6 p.m. Once the tree is lit, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand at the TD Bank Santa Tent to meet children and hear their holiday wishes. Families can also enjoy free wagon rides to embrace the holiday spirit. Additionally, the Harris Pavilion Ice Rink will be open, along with the Manassas Museum, downtown shops, and restaurants ready to welcome visitors.

Start the holiday season right! The parade travels from Mathis Avenue and Carriage Lane to Sudley Road, down Center Street through Historic Downtown, turns onto Peabody Street, and ends after the Courthouse on Lee Avenue.
