August is almost over which means fall is basically right around the corner! Yeah, yeah, yeah we know this is Pumpkin Spice SZN, but we have something even better! This is the perfect time to trade those summer cocktails for a cold beer, grab your favorite people, and get ready to prost!

If you're looking for a fun way to celebrate the season, Prince William, Virginia has several Oktoberfest celebrations happening throughout September. From a three-day celebration at one of Northern Virginia's largest brewery destinations to traditional German food and music, there are plenty of ways to get into the Oktoberfest spirit without traveling far from home.

So grab your lederhosen (or just your appetite, we accept both) and check out these 2026 Oktoberfest celebrations.

 

Oktoberfest at 2 Silos Brewing Co.

September 18–20, 2026
📍 9925 Discovery Blvd., Manassas

If you're looking for the big Oktoberfest experience, start at 2 Silos Brewing Co..

The NOVA LIVE campus brewery is bringing back its annual Oktoberfest celebration for three full days, with German-inspired food, craft beer, live music, family-friendly activities, vendors, and plenty of opportunities to raise a stein.

The celebration kicks off Friday, September 18, from 4–9 p.m., continues Saturday, September 19, from 11 a.m.–9 p.m., and wraps up Sunday from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Come hungry, because 2 Silos is serving up plenty of German-inspired favorites, including sausage plates, Bavarian pretzels, schnitzel sandwiches, and more, alongside the brewery's craft beer. Is your stomach rumbling? No? Just ours?

Oktoberfest @ Trouvaille Brewing 

September 26, 2026

Another spot on our Steins, Vines, and Moonshine trail is also hosting a can't-miss party! Located in Haymarket, Virginia, Trouvaille's Brewing is hosting their Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 26! They have a whole line up of fun waiting for you! 

Visitors can enjoy three German-inspired beers brewed for the celebration: Dark Helmet Schwarzbier, O'Zapft Is!, and Bananza. Pair your beer with a giant pretzel served with Trouvaille beer cheese, or grab something from Ghosted Concepts, which will be serving up a limited-time German-inspired menu.

And, of course, there's plenty of entertainment to keep the celebration going. The live music lineup includes Two Bald Guys at 1 p.m. followed by Brian Journey at 4 p.m.

Feeling competitive? Put your skills to the test during the men's and women's steinholding contests or show off your best German skills in the yodeling contest. There will be prizes up for grabs so bring your competitive side!

Trouvaille Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest at The Farm Brewery at Broad Run

September 11–27, 2026
📍 16015 John Marshall Highway, Haymarket

Oktoberfest is taking over The Farm Brewery at Broad Run this September, with celebrations running from September 11 through September 27, 2026!

Visitors can raise a glass with three brand-new beer releases, grab one of the brewery's 20-ounce ceramic commemorative mugs, and enjoy plenty of live music and Oktoberfest fun throughout the celebration. And if you're looking for a big way to kick things off, don't miss Dueling Pianos on Saturday, September 12 at 6:30 p.m. It's the perfect excuse to gather your crew, grab a mug, and settle in for an evening of music and entertainment.

With several weeks of Oktoberfest festivities, there's plenty of time to make your way out to the Farm and celebrate the season with good beer, music, and plenty of Gemütlichkeit.

Oktoberfest Weekend at Eavesdrop Brewery

September 19-20, 2026

Oktoberfest is taking over Eavesdrop Brewery for an entire weekend, with free admission both Saturday and Sunday!

Saturday, September 19

Eavesdrop opens at 11 a.m., with its Oktoberfest Märzen returning to the tap list. Guests can also enjoy the beer in limited-edition Eavesdrop Das Boot glasses, available while supplies last. Pair your pint with a fresh Nordic Knot pretzel or grab lunch from Eugene's Sausage & Fries, which will be serving throughout the day.

From 11 a.m.–5 p.m., browse the local vendor market featuring everything from candles and permanent jewelry to hot sauce, handmade designs, and more. Feeling adventurous? Axes & O's will be offering axe throwing from 12–5 p.m.

Then settle in for live music from the Sugar Coat Band from 3–7 p.m.

Sunday, September 20

The Oktoberfest fun continues Sunday with a little something for the animal lovers! Stop by between 1–4 p.m. to meet baby goats and alpacas before enjoying another afternoon of food and live music.

Eugene's Sausage & Fries will be serving all day, while the Kate Elizabeth Band takes the stage from 2–5 p.m.

Throughout the weekend, beer lovers can explore 30+ taps featuring Eavesdrop's award-winning craft beer, along with guest ciders, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.

With local vendors, live music, food, games, animals, and plenty of beer, Eavesdrop's Oktoberfest is shaping up to be a full weekend of fall fun. Overflow parking will be available, but visitors are encouraged to arrive early for the best parking.

Oktoberfest at Ornery Beer Company

September 27, 2026 
📍 8088 Flannery Ct, Manassas

If your ideal Oktoberfest involves a stein of beer, German food, live music, and a little friendly competition, make your way to Ornery's Bristow taproom on September 27.

Ornery Beer Company's 2026 Oktoberfest celebration will feature a collaboration Oktoberfest Bier, brewed with Chilly Hollow Brewing and Ornery's original head brewer, Chris Jacques. Visitors can purchase a 20-ounce commemorative stein filled with Oktoberfest Bier for $15, with only 125 steins available at the Bristow event.

The German-inspired menu will include favorites such as bratwurst, currywurst, and weisswurst from Binkert's German Meat Products.

And what's Oktoberfest without a little music? Blane & Bob will perform from 1–4 p.m. during the Bristow celebration.

There's even a little incentive to dress the part: guests who wear lederhosen or a dirndl can enter to win a $50 gift card.

Kena Shriners Oktoberfest

Saturday, September 19, 2026
📍 9500 Technology Drive, Manassas

For a more traditional Oktoberfest experience, head to Kena Shriners. The Kena Shriners (a  raternity based on fun, fellowship and the Masonic principles) are hosting their annual Oktoberfest on September 19, featuring traditional German music, ice-cold beer, brats, schnitzel, and pretzel bites. I mean... what else could you want?

The event is also a chance to support Kena Shriners and their philanthropic work. According to the event listing, tickets are $45 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under, making this another option for families looking to celebrate together.

 

Make a Weekend of It

Multiple celebrations over multiple different days mean multiple opportunities to experience Prince William's craft beverage scene this fall!

Spend your day exploring local breweries, grab dinner in Historic Manassas or Haymarket, or make a weekend getaway out of it with a stay at one of Prince William's many hotels. Just remember: Oktoberfest is best enjoyed responsibly. If you're planning to visit multiple breweries, designate a driver or use a rideshare so everyone can enjoy the festivities safely.
