Join us as ARTfactory Rooftop Productions presents the Murderous Mansion of Mr. Uno by Don Zolidis. The mysterious Mr. Uno has invited six eccentric guests to his dark and stormy mansion. When Uno winds up dead (several times over), and guests begin dying mysteriously, those remaining must uncover the murderer before it’s too late. A wickedly funny parody of the traditional murder mystery, with eleven possible alternate endings voted on by the audience. All ticket holders are encouraged to dress for the time period, the Roaring 20’s, and be entered into a costume contest. There will also be a 50/50 raffle during the show. Dinner Theatre Admission: $95 (Early Bird Price $85 until 1/1/2024), and includes a four course meal and a signature cocktail. Cash bar available. Ticket sales end at midnight on 2/1/14. Rob starred in the Washington, D.C. episode of Kevin Hart’s Comedy Central show, Hart of the City. He is a Comedy Central Up Next Competition Semi Finalist. Rob’s comedy album Comedy For The Quarantine hit number 1 on the iTunes Comedy Charts. Rob’s also had the fortunate opportunity to go overseas and perform for our troops. He’s performed in 18 countries including Afghanistan, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Greece and Italy. He will be joined by Dewayne White. He’s a combat-wounded veteran who served in the Army for 23 years. His humor is drawn from his unique take on his military experience, his life as a husband and father, and the general craziness of life. Dewayne was a finalist in the "Last DC Comic Standing.”

Flags of our Fathers - Medal of Honor Theater

The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation will hold limited showings of Clint Eastwood’s acclaimed film “Flags of Our Fathers.” The movie explores the compelling stories of the five heroic Marines and a Navy Corpsman who were believed to be those who raised the American flag at the Battle of Iwo Jima, one of the most storied battles in Marine Corps history and a turning point in World War II. Moviegoers will also have the rare opportunity to view both flags raised over Iwo Jima in the Museum’s World War II Gallery, the one captured in the iconic photo by Joe Rosenthal, which was the second to be raised, as well as the initial flag.

With its rock ‘n’ roll attitude, thrilling footwork, and powerful drumming, Argentinian sensation MALEVO will make your adrenaline surge! This dexterous all-male ensemble, created by Choreographer/Dancer Matias Jaime, draws heavily from the Argentinian folk dance Malambo and merges the traditional form with other dance styles and percussion, creating an exhilarating, innovative experience. Set to a pulsating rhythm of drums, the choreography combines the use of boleadoras, a leather and stone hunting tool used by Gauchos, with fast leg movements, energetic zapateados (stomping), and quick cepillados (“brushing”/”scrubbing”).
