  • The Culture Cup opened in September of 2023 by owner Nikki Brown. The Culture Cup is amazing coffee. But, more importantly, it is the story of a nation. It is love. It is a community. Nikki's goal is to welcome all to the honoring and celebration of local and national African American art, history, and culture.
  • The Hitchcock Paper Co. is a boutique stationery shop overlooking the river in historic Occoquan, Virginia. Owner and founder, Sarah Hitcock Burizo, expanded her graphic design firm into a retail shop in 2018 to share her love of all things paper. They present beautiful and high quality paper products from a wide selection of artists, small businesses, and favorite brands. In addition to cards and stationery they carry a curated selection of journals, calendars, gift wrap, craft supplies, planners, calligraphy supplies, pens, and artwork.
