- Description The occupancy number for our space is 265 We have 33 round tables (6 feet) We have six 8 foot tables and eight 6 foot tables And plenty of metal folding chairs We have a small stage in open area and a podium if needed

- Space Notes Unobstructed room (i.e. no pillars) Nothing can be taped to the walls… decorations would have to be free-standing. We allow alcohol on site… pending a 1-day permit obtained by the ABC board prior to the event. All events must end at midnight… and the tables and chairs put back. Everyone must exit the building by the time written on the contract. This includes caterer, DJ’s etc. All music and alcohol have to end 1 hour prior to the event ending. We have neighbors very close to the hall, we ask that the music is not “too” loud, for noise complaints. Any food or trash would need to be brought out to our dumpster. We have approximately 66 parking spaces. We ask that no one park along the long driveway… overflow parking is at the top of the hill. We would have a member on-site for the whole event. (usually myself… tucked away in our lounge) Sometimes Police Officers will enter our back door to use the restroom. The date cannot be reserved until a contract is signed and a deposit (cash/check) is received.
